AgentHub should only be tagged as 1.0 after release checks, dogfood evidence, package manifests, docs, Pages, and Wiki are green and published.

Required

CI green on Linux, macOS Apple Silicon target, and Windows; release archives pass checksum validation.

Evidence

Dogfood history contains passing local transaction, provider dry-run, dashboard, rollback, fixture runs, and RC evidence for 100+ real sessions.

Docs

README, release docs, Pages, and Wiki are updated in English, Russian, Chinese, and Kazakh entry points.
